The Eastern High School boys swim team delivered another impressive performance Thursday night, with multiple athletes earning triple wins and strong results across the board.
The meet began with a victory in the medley relay as Caden Kerns, Reagan Long, Obi Greene, and Evan Lapp claimed first place. Individual event winners included Obi Greene in the 200 IM, Amos Greene in diving, Ethan Heck in the 100 butterfly, Grant Kerns in the 100 freestyle, Caden Kerns in the 500 freestyle, and Trenton Smith in the 100 breaststroke.
Relay teams continued Eastern’s success. The 200 freestyle relay team of Obi Greene, Parker Smith-McCombs, Ethan Heck, and Grant Kerns took first place, while the 400 freestyle relay team of Caden Kerns, Evan Lapp, Ethan Heck, and Grant Kerns capped off the meet with another victory.
Eastern’s performance highlighted its depth and determination, setting the tone for the rest of the season.
