Evansville Otters Name Brycen Moore as General Manager

The Evansville Otters have announced the promotion of Brycen Moore as the eighth General Manager in team history. At just 24 years old, Moore becomes the youngest person to hold the position, overseeing all day-to-day operations at historic Bosse Field, including both baseball and non-baseball events.

A native of Newburgh, Indiana, Moore began his journey with the Otters as a group sales intern in 2021. He quickly rose through the ranks, serving as Assistant Director of Operations in 2022 and becoming the Director of Operations and Food & Beverage in 2023. Ahead of the 2024 season, Moore was promoted to Assistant General Manager, a role that positioned him for his latest advancement.

Moore’s background is deeply rooted in athletics and leadership. A graduate of Castle High School, he excelled in football, basketball, and golf while earning academic and leadership honors. He continued his education at Indiana University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management with a minor in business, graduating as a Dean’s List member.

The Otters, a fixture in the Evansville community, are confident in Moore’s ability to lead the organization as it continues to grow. His appointment signals a commitment to both operational excellence and community engagement.
