Grant Wilson Joins Indiana Football Program

Indiana football has bolstered its quarterback depth with the addition of Grant Wilson, a senior transfer from Old Dominion, as first reported by On3. The experienced signal-caller brings leadership and production to a competitive quarterback room.

Wilson, a 6-foot-3, 215-pound native of Arlington, Virginia, started 11 games for Old Dominion in 2023, throwing for 2,149 yards and 17 touchdowns while adding four rushing scores. His 2024 season was cut short due to injury after three starts, but his 2023 campaign showcased his potential. Among qualified FBS quarterbacks that season, Wilson earned a 73.1 offensive grade (61st) and a 66.9 passing grade (70th) from Pro Football Focus.

Before joining ODU, Grant Wilson played limited snaps at Fordham. With one season of eligibility remaining, he will join a quarterback room that includes Tyler Cherry, Alberto Mendoza, walk-on Maverick Geske, and projected starter Fernando Mendoza.

Wilson’s addition provides Indiana with valuable depth and competition under center as the Hoosiers look to strengthen their offense for the 2025 season.
