The Lady Squires capitalized on transition opportunities throughout the game, building a lead that reached as much as 10 points. However, Churubusco mounted a strong comeback in the fourth quarter, taking the lead with just two minutes remaining.
Hadley West stepped up in the clutch, draining a pivotal three-pointer to reclaim the lead for Manchester. The Lady Squires then hit key free throws and managed the ball effectively in the closing moments to secure the win.
It was a balanced team effort, with multiple players contributing to the scoring and defensive efforts.
The Lady Squires will honor their seniors on Friday night in a home game against Mississinewa.
