LaPorte High School fielded three divers at the Hobart Diving Invitational on Saturday, with all three earning spots in the top 16.
Senior Andrew Hayes led the Slicers with a fourth-place finish, scoring 323.60 points. Fellow senior Marco Serna secured ninth place with 282.05 points, while freshman Dylan Kalsow rounded out the group in 15th with a score of 215.90.
“Diving well at this level is great to see, but we still have some fine-tuning to do before Sectionals,” LaPorte Dive Coach Matt Mosley said.
The team will look to build on its strong performance as they prepare for the postseason.
