The Anderson University women’s track and field team placed fifth in the MSJ Invite on Saturday in Cincinnati.
COACH NIC HUFFMAN’S COMMENTS
I was pleased with how we started the season. There is much to work on, but that is to be expected. We came ready to compete and gave our best. We had some great highlights, but we’re not satisfied yet. I was happy with how we supported each other and were prepared to compete. We had some great leadership making sure the new teammates were ready to go. Overall, it was a fun opener, but we will get back to work next week to keep getting better.
