The Westfield Rocks dominated from the opening whistle Tuesday night, routing visiting Yorktown 62-33 in boys varsity basketball action.
Westfield established control early with a commanding 20-5 first-quarter lead. While Yorktown managed to trim the deficit before halftime, the Rocks pulled away in the second half to secure the convincing victory.
Durante Morton paced Westfield with 15 points, while Jalen Malone added 11. Will Harvey and Rylan Rauch each contributed 8 points, and Luke Vandegriff chipped in 6 points for the Rocks.
